and Right of Return

 
The bow – in good condition – can be returned within 30 days after receipt and without stating the reason for a refund of the full purchase price. The buyer bears the shipping costs.
 
 

General Warranty

The warranty is 1 year and includes breakage or other damage which substantially limits the use of the bow.

If a bow shows signs of misuse, alteration or mishandling,
this warranty is void.

Claimant must be original purchaser.

Warranty is not transferable.

 In the event of a warranty claim the buyer pays the shipping costs.

War bows over 80# are excluded from any guarantee and all liability is disclaimed.

Keep in mind: These products are handmade and can show minor toolmark leftovers or imperfections. I’m not a machine.

Payments

Payment for bows in stock is in advance.

For Custom builds a deposit of CHF 300 (Swiss Francs) maybe will be requested. This deposit is forfeited if the buyer subsequently withdraws from the purchase.

Payments can be made via PayPal (incl. buyer protection) to [email protected] or per direct bank transfer.

In this case – on request – I can put any bow on the etsy-site. However I will have to add the etsy-fees to the price of the products.

Shipping

Is posssible.

I do send my bows well protected in a PVC-pipe all around the world.

Tarifs go from CHF 31.- (Switzerland) to CHF 51.- (Germany) up to max. CHF 77.- for the rest of the world.

I will add CHF 15.- for safe Packaging (PVC-pipe).

 

Insurance

Shipping includes Insurance up to CHF 500.-

Full insurance is CHF 15.- extra

 

Taxes and Fees

Depending on your residence you might get charged with local import taxes, vat and additional fees for the handling of customs duties.

Keep in mind

As soon as the seller has handed over the item to the courier service ALL SHIPPING RISKS LIE WITH THE BUYER.
However: In the event of loss or damage during shipping, I will settle the insurance claim with Swiss Post in favor of the buyer. 

Applicable law and place of jurisdiction

 In all other respects, Swiss jurisdiction and the Swiss LAW of Contracts on Sale of Goods (OR) shall apply.
